Located on Caldwell Drive in Goodlettsville, Moss Wright Dog Park is nearby for a quick outing. Our experience with Moss Wright, unfortunately hasn’t been great since the addition of a second area designated for larger dogs. It is situated on a hill and as a result the grass is worn to dirt. More often than not, dog owners opt for the flat area designated for smaller dogs for this reason. The park has been covered with bark chips and straw to try to rejuvenate the grass, but due to the hill, it will be a constant battle.
Although, it’s a generalization, our experience has been that we have run into more aggressive dogs and less than knowledgeable dog owners at this park.
