Drake’s Creek in Hendersonville has a dog park with sections for large and small dogs. In beautiful Drake’s Creek Park by the lake, the park is conveniently located on Main street in Hendersonville.
This is a nice park if you’d also like to take your dog for a nature walk around the park. The drawback we’ve found is that there are seldom many dogs at the dog park to play with, but it’s still a nice park. The dogs love the ducks and geese and if you get lucky you might run across a Tennessee Walking Horse as the local Sheriff’s department patrols the park on them during events! Zion made fast friends with one. It’s always a wonder to watch animals relate and make unlikely friends!
